How do you clean a gas hob?Let the hob cool completely, then remove the pan supports and burner caps to clean around and underneath them. Wipe the surface with warm, soapy water, and use a paste of bicarbonate of soda for stubborn, baked-on marks. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling so the burners light properly.

Can I install a Samsung hob myself?No, your Samsung hob should be installed by a registered installer rather than as a DIY job. Samsung offers free delivery and installation when a hob is purchased together with a Samsung oven as part of its Signature Service; outside of that, installation can be arranged with an Authorized Installer. For gas hobs, installation must also comply with SANS 10087-1 and be carried out by an installer registered with SAQCC Gas.
