So the oldest was recycled, the hardly dated TV went to the bedroom, and this TV became our new living room TV. Every aspect of setup was an absolute breeze! Even linking our older Bose soundbar to work with the new remote was so easy! The picture quality is crisp and bright, even when gaming. The new home page makes accessing and searching for apps, shows, movies, channels, etc. a chore no more! It's truly so easy to navigate that I no longer have to help anyone find anything! This is truly a great TV, and another testament as to why I only buy Samsung TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is a game changer and it exceeds my expectations. I used to be a Sony girl until I purchased this TV and it blew my mind away from day one. The design is slim and didn't put much weight on my dry wall. The picture quality is outstanding with very intelligent colors. It also adapts to the lightning condition of your environment to give you a greater viewing experience. It's packed with so many features. You can start watching a show and continue watching it on Samsung phone (I have the Fold Z5). Love the slim remote although it's a little on the lightweight side for my taste. I say give it a try and see for your self. Let it BLOW your mind ;)

It keeps up wonderfully with action scenes, there's no blur, lag or skipping of frames. The TV itself is so easy to set up. It gives 2 ways to set up, and several options to even customize your experience a bit. The back of the TV has several hdmi ports for all the gaming devices I have.. and even an direct internet port if you don't want wireless set up. The remote... the remote is awesome actually! I am obsessed that it doesn't take batteries. It recharges using light, sunlight, room light, it's awesome! Overall, I would recommend this television, it has met, and exceeded, my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks in and no issues at all. starting with easy to work with and great protective packaging, darn near bulletproof installation and seamless link with the Samsung Q930c Soundbar. As you would expect with a tv this size, even the tv sound alone is above par. built in apps work well, and the process to add more from the available is simple. Nice bright and clear, suits everything from youtube, to xbox to high-end 4k player flawlessly. If I have to nitpick, there is no dedicated source (HDMI) button on the remote, you need to go through the menu out of the available apps into the connected devices. I know, woe is me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watching football on network channels when they are showing the whole field with the players on it it’s all blurry around the players don’t know just trying to up to 4K or UHD or whatever you call it. I know that on CBS, NBC ABC, but if they have an alternate channel, that’s showing the 4K version of it it’s perfect, also it will not recognize my cable box so I’m unable to control it with my Samsung remote as far as I know it’s a digital box hit her up directly to the router Wi-Fi. I had an older Samsung TV and it seemed like the picture was better even though it was designed for 1080 maybe that’s why , QEQLED was supposed to be great but I’m not overly impressed

Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched Seriously smooth on motion and action shots The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes

I’ve owned a number of Samsung TVs and still do. They’ve all been extremely reliable. I have a OLED and everyone who has viewed a program on it can’t believe the quality of the picture and that tv is at least 8 yrs old. My recommendation is don’t be fooled to go cheap with a tv brand, it’s best to go with one that’s proven. Samsung is my go to when choosing a tv that will provide the best experience and enjoyment when either watching my favorite movie or sports event!

My wife and I now have Saturday night date night at home with some hot popcorn, cold drinks, and a romantic movie. We are so happy with the quality that we bought a second 85" Samsung TV for our family room, and with all the available apps on it, our grandchildren love coming over and watching their favorite children's movies on it (over and over and over....). We're so pleased with Samsung quality that we also have 65" Samsung TVs in all 3 bedrooms.

I mostly use it for my games (Xbox series x) while my parents and siblings use it to watch things like Youtube. I love how the quality of the video is great and smooth. I also love how it supports some apps like Tennis TV which allows me to stream tennis on Tennis. Features that allows me controll tv with my phone and share my screen really makes me love this tv. The only thing that i am well satisfied with is that it doesn't do commands on menu screen fast enough, sometimes there is avout 1 sec. delays.

This TV is amazing! Picture is great, the colors are so vivid and life like. I haven't changed any settings for the picture quality, haven't needed to. One issue I do have is I am very sensitive to sound. I had to lower the bass but I still find myself increasing and decreasing the sound continuously and the surround background sound is annoying. I turned off Dolby Atmos but it still comes through some sounds are right next to me. If I could set it up like a regular old tv, please let me know. I'm thinking I might need to buy a sound bar but not sure if that would solve my problem.

And it’s not just how beautiful a picture, let me tell you how it presents itself! The technology is Top of the Best! The apps are way out there! With Samsung TV Plus, “this is what TV is supposed to be!” Samsung TV Plus has so much diversity with an ambient channel that is so inviting! I have 2 Samsung tvs now and I can remotely adjust either one from anywhere in the house. I can adjust my mother’s channel or sound. Both TVs purrr! I so love them! And the price was phenomenal !

Lasted 4 yrs. and backlights went out. Now I have only sound but no picture. Upon researching this I found that this is a common problem with Samsung TVs. So why sell this junk = $$$$$$. I paid over 3 grand for this but never again Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great tv perfect picture great sound and has the ability to use 2 sound devices simultaneously plus more if connected thru Samsung wifi devices the qsymphony kinda lacks tv volume though sadly I wish there was a way to adjust both volumes instead of the soundbar way outblasting tv speakers.. overall worth the buy.. but beware if you're buying a Samsung devices for philips hue sync app it comes with a hefty price to use the app nothing I can afford after just spending what I did on the tv the built in xbox dashboard is nice but would be better if it supported party chat

I bought the TV about two months ago. The RGBs are very saturated, so if you like vibrant colors this TV is a good option. There are certain apps that cause the TV to randomly freeze and crash, such as Paramount+. Also, if you have a connected console (Xbox), it will be powered on automatically each time you power on the TV. It's annoying having to turn the console off each time I'm not using. There's no fix for this as far as I know. Other than that, the sound quality from the built-in speakers is impressive, including the low-end. The overall picture quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my wife wanted to replace our current TV, I wasn’t real impressed but wasn’t given much of a choice. When I got this tv hung, I had low expectations as I am not much of a samsung guy BUT let me tell you I was impressed. The colors are explosive,. The picture quality is some of the best I have seen. The remote is easy to navigate (which is good for my wife!) The sound quality is amazing (even without the surround sound.) My only complaint is I wish she would of got a bigger TV but nonetheless I am thoroughly impressed and may now consider myself a “samsung guy.”

It was time to upgrade my tv in my bedroom as it had started to get glitchy and just not work as well as before. I have a Samsung in my living room and knew when it was time to get a new tv for my room, that I would be continuing on with another Samsung. The quality of a Samsung exceeds most if not all for me and this 50” Class Q80C QLED 4K Smart TV is no different. The picture quality is so clear and detailed. The set up was quick and easy. I decided to hang on my wall. But it does come with a very sturdy base if wanting to set on an entertainment center. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be a Samsung customer for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV performs excellent, the sound and the readiness to add sound bar, surround system and even to integrate existing streaming accounts and other devices in your home. The thing I noticed needs improvement the most, is when the TV is on and runs all black, you can see leds in the frame that re not as black as should be, the second thing is that as phones, it might need to update faster, since many apps update and the TV lingers to open the updated versions of those apps, or maybe for the TV to "re-start" itself when turned off to account for those updates.

I purchased the 65" Class QLED 4K Q80C in Feb 2023, so I have owned it for 8 months now. I have zero complaints. Best TV I have ever owned. Colors are vibrant but look natural. The picture is clear showing even the smallest detail no matter what angle or level of light in the room. I like to watch sports and the picture has no problem keeping up with the action. I have satellite and Netflix, Prime, etc. It's easy to navigate to whichever source I want to watch. The remote is simple and easy to use. Love that it can be charged by solar. The TV sound is okay, but as with most TV's an added sound system is needed to get a full sound. I would not hesitate to purchase this TV again and I can easily recommend it to family and friends.

I originally bought an LG 98 inch because I was hooked by the AI abilities it advertised. I soon learned I should have bought the Samsung. I contacted the seller and swapped out for the Samsung. I already have several Samsung sets. Even an 8k 85 inch Samsung. The new set connects to all my appliances, very cool. The picture is fantastic. It looks as good as the 8k. The audio is also amazing because it decodes Atmos! This is the best purchase I have made all year. I buy a new TV about every year or two and I will never buy anything but Samsung from now on

All of those small details you have never been able to really see all of those details in such depth. When I watch older movies on ours I have laughed and been in complete shock because of how much you are able to see like in some of the very old movies you can most definitely tell the background is totally fake and you can see that so plainly and you are going to be like wow that looked so real in my old t.v's and I can't believe it. The sound is great to anyone who wants to buy a great t.v. you will love this one we have not found anything we don't like about ours!

If you want your picture to look great all the time, you definitely have to move up to a pricier model. When paired to a Q-Symphony soundbar the sound is definitely better but it's worth noting that the q80cd has an higher wattage then the entry level of this model, that being said if you don't need the boom that comes from a soundbar this tv sounds great naked. Overall, it's a decent tv for the sale price.

When we moved States, my TV was the 2nd most protected item after the 80 inch Samsung TV. I have owned my TV for at least 5 years and you wouldn't know it because it still functions just like the day we brought it home. I tell everyone to purchase Samsung for every product but especially TVs because they are the very best and will live well past any other brand. The features and ways I can customize the TV for my viewing pleasure are numerous and I've found as I age, I have to adjust more often and it's like the TV is intuitive and goes to exactly what I need. I would shout from the rooftops about my love for Samsung if I didn't live in a 2 story town.

The picture is sharp, definitely the best I've ever owned. The built in Alexa is handy. The remote is very functional, even though it looks very plain at first glance. Having hard buttons for Netflix, Amazon video, and Hulu built into it is a nice touch. The sound is better than I thought it would be. I'm not an audiophile, but I decided not to hook up my receiver and speakers after watching a movie on it without them. I've been very pleased with it since I bought it. I've recommended it to several friends that were looking to upgrade their older TVs. Will definitely come back to Samsung when I'm ready for a new one.

I have been nothing but disappointed since buying this TV. I hate the OS. Attempting to have the TV connected to the computer to watch media, but it keeps disconnecting when the TV is turned off or another app is used. Tried to use Plex on the TV instead, but the Samsung OS version is so slow and can't even direct stream media with subtitles and forces my PC to re-encode everything. The remote is a joke, it's so tiny and sensitive that I have to be careful picking it up incase I hit another app button which takes forever to get back to what I was watching. The colour on the TV is oversaturated on all settings, and adjustments are poor and lacking. Had my prior Samsung Smart TV for 10 years and thought I'd be safe with another Samsung.. But I was wrong.

We have (2) QLED TV's, 80" and 65". The 80" is the newest and the picture quality is amazing, very clear, and almost looks 3D at times. We also have a Samsung soundbar that links up perfectly. In addition, I love the ability to download several apps, and enjoy casting from my phone music, etc to the TV. Love the ambiance mode too. User friendly and high quality at a great price point.

Sound quality and image are amazing. I was surprised the sound was so good it doesn't even require a sound bar to get a decent cinema experience. The colors are true and vivid, it's got an amazing 4k quality and even though it has 120hz refresh rate it's not compatible with video game 4K. Another good thing is it has bluetooth and you can connect any bluetooth speaker if you want an alternative for sound.

I like the gaming features especially the AMD freesync premium pro which works great with my AMD video card. I like the 120hz refresh rate which is also variable. The size makes seeing every detail easier. I do wish I had money for an 8k tv as a computer monitor it is easier to see the pixels sitting 3 to 5 feet away. Also would be nice if the tv had Gsync Nvidia built in as well in case I ever got an Nvidia video card for my computer. Overall things are great with the tv.

I was nervous trying the QLED, but we ended up pulling the trigger because we've always trusted Samsung screens. I've been surprised by how well this TV does, especially with it situated in an open floor plan, with a ton a natural light. Viewing angles are great, colors look great even with the sun shining, and the sound is great without any external devices needed. The TV has a plethora of options and settings that are all actually useful. I haven't seen any intrusive ads anywhere. I also just found that there is an Xbox cloud gaming app that doesn't require a console - just hook up a controller and start playing. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Had a QLED 8k for almost 3 years we loved. It died, which was disappointing. Went to the 4K version, disappointed. Since most feeds aren’t event 4K, I’m shocked at the poor performance. Not only is the picture quality less (though not sure how or why), it is slow and lags when trying to access basic functions on the menu. The reviews of this TV were so good, and the 8k was the best TV I have ever owned (until it over heated and crapped out). Now, this is one of the worst I have ever opened. I’m so disappointed.

The way that you’re able to see the true definition of things on the screen like, for instance, I can watch a football game and you can quickly tell the difference between real grass and the artificial grass that some of the stadiums use. plus I do like the Samsung platform that’s provided and how all of the applications from Netflix to Prime Video to Disney+ use the true 2160 4K unlike other providers like Vizio that the best they can do is provide a 720 P so I am extremely happy that I was able to make the switch and upgrade from a Vizio to a Samsung a great TV and I recommend that if you’re looking for your next television this is the one

The colours pop amazingly, it's bright like very bright. It’s nice when the suns against it and there is still no glare it’s actually pretty cool to see. I also bought *The frame* soundbar, which with this TV gets you the *Q Symphony* and still is Dolby Atmos too. Also the salesman that sold me it was showing me how the tv can really take some abuse too for those of you with kids, this salesman was punching this demo and literally the screen never even flinched! it’s really a spectacular Tv all round, I guess only knock is actually during the setup, the stand looks no where near what it should be to hold up this massive flat screen and it’s only two little bolts that hold it together… definitely a scary/stressful little process to go through before you’ve ever even plugged it in yet

I purchased my 65" Samsung Q80C QLED TV, Serial No 08TT3K1WC00055 in February 2024, expecting a premium and reliable product. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working in November 2025 — no power, no standby light, and completely dead, just a few months after the warranty expired. I tried multiple power sources and cables with no success. For a high-end model like this, I expected better durability and after-sales support. It’s frustrating that such an expensive TV would fail so soon after warranty, especially when it was treated with care and minimal use. I’ve always trusted Samsung for quality and longevity, but this experience has honestly shaken my confidence. I hope Samsung considers supporting customers in such cases, especially when the failure happens so soon after the warranty period.

I purchased this with Airmiles. QN50Q80CAFXZC. Overall it's a good TV, however, I have a DVD/VHS player (Panasonic model # DMR-EZ48V) which was connected to my previous TV by an HDMI cable. However, when I connect it to this TV, I am notified to try another HDMI cable. I have tried all the HDMI cables that I am using, without issue, for a Roku device, my cable provider and the PS5, but the TV is still not receiving the signal from the DVD/VHS player.

The picture quality is everything one would expect from Samsung, and is undisputably great. The device was pretty easy to set up from another Samsung device, and has loads of features and characteristics to configure. Overall a nicely designed and good piece of hardware, though time will show how well it can age, too. On the negative elements, the device provides an inexplicably limited set of apps. I was looking very forward to download apps for channels from around the world; yet, the related app ecosystem is sadly very limited and one needs to reside to other streaming hardware solutions with larger app selections. Was this worth taking off one star from this rating? To me, yes, because this limits my desired functionality.

I bought a 65" 3 weeks ago. I love it. Picture is excellent - the automatic settings are good enough for me, but you also have option to tweak colors if you wish. It is in a room with a lot of sun and there is not decrease in quality. The sound is exceptional out of the box and, after I matched a Samsung soundbar, the sound is beyond good. I no longer use any stereos or speakers in my house, and I just play the TV (Spotify) all day.

Bought this as an upgrade to my 55" 2016 4K UHD 6 Series 6300 that is an amazing TV. Love the picture quality, however it loses a star from this rating specifically because I absolutely HATE how the Smart Hub is set up on it. I liked the style on my 6 series, I don't want to look at all this extra crap and now navigating through connected devices and my apps is unnecessarily complicated. You ruined a good thing, really disappointed.

I've had the screen and the system board replaced and the problem keeps coming back. I'm very technical and know how to troubleshoot. I updated the firmware, reset settings, etc and after a few weeks the screen goes dark on one side. The only resolution has been shutting up the system entirely for 10 or more minutes.

I have been watching this TV for a month now and I really love it. The colors are fantastic ( but took a while to adjust the image as there are many settings to go through but once done the picture is beautiful.) I wll be honest I am not too found of the included remote which is (for me) too small and fragile but it works. The size of the screen makes you feel as if you are in a private theater and with a 4K movie just amazing.

The screen is bright and fixes its brightness on its own. Same with the volume! The remote is solar powered which is just crazy cool! The color on the tv is insane. We love it so much! The volume on a low level is loud, so on the loudest level is super loud which is great! We love this tv so much and plan to get more.

The picture is clear and the colors are bright and stand out while you watch. It had alot of features that I am still finding. The viewing experience is nothing like I’ve experienced before - I wish I upgraded sooner. There are multiple settings which allow you to customize the tv and make it personalized to you, your family and home. The black on the tv is way better than my prior tv and allows for me to watch tv in light rooms.

I enjoy watching several different disciplines of racing and the size and quality makes you feel like you are there: and movies are clear and bright also. I can't say the sound using its own speakers good or not, because I use my Sonos speakers with the Sonos ARC soundbar. I have never spent 4K for a TV, but this was money well spent.

We have a giant wall that our 85-in TV fits well onto. I'm also a competitive weightlifter and so having such a clear picture and being able to connect to the internet or YouTube to watch my training videos and competition videos to make Corrections is invaluable. But best of all, my husband and I really enjoy watching National Geographic and National Park documentaries and really planning our vacations around Discovery new places. This television gives us access to pretty much everything and anything, it also fits well with all of our other devices including my Samsung phone. I even use it for online exercise programs or learning how to dance, those things. It is really like having people in your living room with you. I can't say enough about this tv.

The connection from my samsung device to tv connected in seconds and I enjoy the streaming from one to another. Picture quality 👌 and no waitkg. For updates. I purchased the 98 inch. Picture quality, colors and HDR does not satisfy me. Actually I feel my 2019 Q70 looks better. Of course I don’t expect it to look as great as a neo qled but still for a 2023 tv it should hold its own. Maybe it’s a simple fix with a future firmware update but it’s too point I’m so displeased I rather return the new 98 inch Q80 and put my 85 inch 2021 neo qled or 85 inch 2019 Q70 tv back up

Absolutely impressed with this TV. I was a little hesitant to purchase an 85-inch TV, but this TV goes way above and beyond my expectations for color and clarity as well as sound quality. The Samsung TV channel offerings are also pretty diverse and has something for literally everyone. I'm more than happy with this purchase. I used to be quite loyal to the Sony product, but this TV makes me question that loyalty.

I've owned this television for a month and have tried every available option to find the best picture and sound settings. Unless my experience is unique to this particular television, using the Intelligent Mode with Adaptive Picture setting engaged (Optimized or Eye Comfort settings), causes the picture to be overly saturated with colors, with inconsistently between broadcast TV channels. Faces, for example, can looked washed out in certain areas and overly saturated in other areas. You'll want to select all of the Adaptive Sounds since they offer useful features to enhance the sound quality. My preference was the Movie mode and adjusting the picture settings to my preference. Picture quality was very good, but not excellent. Sound quality was excellent. If I had it to do all over again, I would have paid a little more money and bought Samsung's Neo-Series QLED television.

The sound is crystal clear. We hated the previous operating screens so much we just ran firestick or roku. We even use the live TV and can get a local ABC affiliate which is nice for real time local weather. Cost to value was previously reason to purchase. Now quality greatly improved.

Placed above fireplace in main room and wanted to be able to watch as well from dining area and kitchen while entertaining. Picture looks great from all angles. 120 hz processor ensure no blurring or compromise to picture even when watching action movies or sports. Only negative feedback is that I am Not a fan of new simplified remote although others might like. Honestly, overall very happy with purchase

Image quality is good, a bit on the higher side of pricing, but it has two major issues... First, we chose a newer SAMSUNG tv so we use the double bluetooth feature however, the sound through Bluetooth when paird with two devices either flickers, gets disconnected or has multiple seconds of delay. also, dont like that when we are on the home page the software starts playing the last app autpmatically.

I watch movies off the apps and I also play xbox on it, though it's a bit big for gameplay it cast a great array of colors and fps is perfect. At the time, and at that price point, there was no better TV (monitor) on the market. I'm STILL set for a few more years until I upgrade to my next Samsung in the same lineup. The feature i looked for most when shopping was to have clear midrange sound and this one is much better than our previous device. The room where we use this has a big window in the front and a sliding glass door in the back, and all hard surfaces but this TV can be adjusted so we can both see and hear without having it too loud, or looking washed out. This TV was a Christmas present and it is fantastic. Even the old movies look good...not the same as resolution is lower(no HD back then) but still good picture. PS4 games look great. Sports are TERRIFIC... ALMOST LIKE BEING AT THE GAME whatever sport you enjoy. The menu is easy to use and even has extra TV program lineups. I would highly recommend this product. Well done Samsung!

I did expected more from this model but still it is okay. The Deep Black is good contrast is good, remote is good too. still I feel the price is much higher as TCL at a cheaper price gives the same effects, I purchased this TV looking into brand name and my friend did buy TCL but he paid far less than what I paid, but cant say anything about durability as its still new T.V.

I bought this tv about 5 months ago and I am very happy with the purchase. Great picture quality; sound quality is ok - I later purchased a Samsung sound bar to “go” with the tv and the sound quality is now just amazing. Since I got this tv and the sound bar, I would rather watch movies on the tv rather than go to the theatre. Watching sports on this tv is also fantastic.

This is a replacement tv which I thought would be superior to the previous Samsung tv I had, but what an absolute disappointment. The picture quality is patchy and less sharp, no matter what setting it chosen. Even the sound quality is deteriorated. The volume on this tv needs to be set louder on some channels.. Gutted I purchased this tv. If I could send it back I would.
