Please install and login SF Express SFHK App↗. You will receive a notification from the App when the order arrives at the SF station. Present the pick-up verification code in the app to collect your order.

Extra charge may occurred if it is not picked up the next day upon arrival.

For SF pick up point service policy and pick up points locations, please refer to SF Express website. If there is any inconsistency of SF pick up point between Samsung Online Shop and SF Express Website, the SF Express Website version shall prevail.
