Franchement, pour une machine à ce prix, j'en suis à ma deuxième réparation. L'écran, qui est le bloc complet de gestion. Ensuite, j'ai des fuites sous la machine. Je suis extrêmement déçu.

Très belle et bonne machine à laver complète. L'ayant reçue récemment je n'ai pas encore tous les paramètres en main. Je ne sais pas encore doser la quantité d'eau. Et à voir sur le long terme à l'usure. Cependant, je conseille cette machine qui, reliée à smartthing, permet un suivi facile, avec le rappel de la fin du cycle. Au top

Très bon lave linge séchant, nous sommes à 6 à la maison et c'est un vrai gain de temps , une machine tous les 2 voir 3 jours ( 1 voir 2 / jours avant ), je peux également tout suivre via l'application ce qui est très pratique quand nous sommes au travail ou en déplacement . Je ne peux que recommander cette machine ,qui a changé ma vie !

We loved this machine so much we bought a second one! I do wish the drain hose under it was longer for easier draining! I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle so you avoid mold in the rubber a musty smell! Overall, zero complaints!

I chose ventless as its going in my upstairs bathroom, and some cycles take longer, but normal cycle takes 2 hours start to finish. Perfect trade off of not having to switch out loads. Lastly, it’s so quiet and zero vibration!

It does a good job washing and drying however, taking the vent apart to clean it after every wash is work, and the vent broke the first year. The control panel is extremely sensitive and the technology is over the top. My service tech did recommend the extended warranty.

Machine is great and uses less space. Able to move around in room and very quiet. Had to learn all features but now able to work it as i need it. Wish drying cycle was more effective. Leaves more moisture which makes do another drying cycle. Jeans and pants are very wrinkled which I do not like. Vibration is minimal during spinning.

I like the voice of cycles lots of different cycles. I was surprised by the drying I was told these washers don’t dry. Well it dries perfect. There’s no moisture buildup around the machine. The clothes aren’t moist when they come out there’s no vibration. I liked it. there’s no vibration when it’s running the wrinkles. It could be a little better on wrinkles my clothes to come out kind of wrinkled. I’ve been working on it and it’s getting better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer/dryer combo for over a year in a household with a lot of laundry, and overall I’m very impressed with it. The biggest benefit is being able to put a load in, select Wash & Dry, and come back to clean, dry clothes without moving anything to another machine. The heat pump dryer uses surprisingly little electricity compared with a traditional electric dryer, and drying performance has been very good. Maintenance is important. I clean the lint filter after every load, periodically clean the pump filter, run the self-cleaning cycles when requested, and clean the accessible heat exchanger with a soft brush and vacuum. After more than a year, the heat exchanger still looks very clean, so the filtration and automatic cleaning system appear to work well if you maintain it properly. Large or heavy loads can take longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer, but that is expected with a heat pump system. I would rather have the efficiency and ventless design than the extra speed. So far it has been quiet, efficient, convenient, and reliable. For a family that does frequent laundry, being able to wash and dry in one machine has been much more useful than I expected. I would buy it again.

I’m enjoying the combo wash and dry. Many options and settings. I like the fact you fill up the laundry soap and softener dispensers and it automatically adjusts what you need. When it’s done, Ready to fold no wrinkles. Surprisingly it uses less electricity than my previous individual Samsung washer and dryer. Very efficient. Runs very quiet. You can adjust the dry settings to your needs from damp to well dryerl. Minimal vibration. Very stabilized.gave me more room in my laundry area, which I needed.

I was skeptical at first thinking I would miss having the 2 machines, BUT I DON’T. I enjoy the efficiency of it all. I do have one negative, if you want to call it negative: with it being ventless, it dress create a lot of moisture in the room it’s located in, so be mindful.

This washer builds up lint internally that requires removal of the top of the machine to reach. Once lint is built up the load will take hours to dry. And yes, I’ve cleaned the standard lint trap every load (not much lint there) and used vacuum and brushes to clean behind the trap. This is a design issue with how the airflow and lint is routed. Not sure if the vented version has this issue, if this product dried consistently I’d be happy with it. 2 in 1 is convenient, just take much longer to do a cycle (even when working correctly)- so be prepared. But until this design is updated I would not recommend this specific model to anyone.

Excellent All-in-One Washer and Dryer I’m extremely happy with this Samsung Bespoke AI washer and dryer combo. Having the ability to wash and dry everything in one machine is incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time and space. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is surprisingly large, and it handles everything from everyday clothes to larger loads with ease. The AI features are a nice touch, and the Super Speed cycles make laundry much less of a chore. I also really appreciate the ventless design since there’s no need to worry about an external dryer vent. The machine looks great, runs quietly, and has a very modern, premium feel. Overall, this has made doing laundry significantly easier and more convenient. Highly recommended!

I love the machine. It’s very convenient since I have a tendency to forget to swap my clothes over. I do have to clean out the filter at the bottom of the machine often. Very easy to get to. It is difficult to clean inside the area where the lint filter goes. Overall I would recommend this machine to anyone who has a small family.

The combo washer-dryer has a great capacity for my family and an easy to use interface that can be locked to prevent my toddler from messing with it. I like that it auto cycles from wash to dry so I no longer have to stay up late waiting to switch over the load before morning. Clothes come out perfectly dry every time. I also like that I get notifications to my phone when the cycle switches or the load is complete.

I always thought removing wet clothes and putting in another machine was a waste of time. Now they are in one machine. Ventless and 110 instead of 220 plug. They can go anywhere you have water hook up. Washes my clothes better with less water and less work from me. Can control from my phone. I am a baby boomer and I figured out all the new stuff on it. Love love love it.

This W/D 2-in-1 combo was the best idea if you live in small apartment. Auto dispensing detergent AI generated laundry machine is very easy to use. It will sing a song for you when it’s done. When you put your dirty clothes in, it will automatically detects what is in your laundry machine so it will choose if it’s small loads or towels or bedding. It is also so great when your filter is clogged or dirty or let you know that it’s time for you to clean or it will tell you when the cycle will start for cleaning. It also says your condenser needs to be cleaned or require attention. I will let you know. The machine itself is very quiet. It would rarely make any noise. If you also want just a time dry, you can set that up on the screen you can do extra drying or dry or you can. You can set up anything it’s AI generated. It’s very easy to use.

I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

Lint clogs up the drain and if you don’t clear it, it sucks out all the laundry soap into one load. About 4 years in and I had to tear it apart again because the clothes were not drying properly to find a massive amount of lint stuck in the back of the machine. Aside from these minor complaints the machine has treated us very well. Think I would go with the vented model next time and see if the maintenance of lint cleaning goes away

I bought this machine thinking it was a great concept that it washes and drys. However, it takes 2 hours or more to do 1 small load. And then after a few loads you have 4 hour self maintenance. Which confuses me because in the middle of my loads I always get error codes and have to restart my machine and my load. Therefore taking me like 3 days to get a couple of loads done. I will go back to the old machines I had. Top load and separate.
